The Outpatient Clinician - Per Diem is an integral member of the Forest View treatment team providing group and individual treatment to adolescent and adult patients. This position will complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and discharge planning. Opportunities are available to provide group therapeutic and education services. This position actively supports, promotes and works to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values of Forest View Hospital using our Service Excellence program.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the treatment planning process with person-centered planning and coordinates all disciplines in treatment interventions, updating treatment plans every seven days or sooner, as necessary.
• Conducts group therapy and other groups as assigned.

• Facilitates individual and/or family sessions as needed.

• Documents each interaction with patients.

• Master degree in a mental health discipline and licensed by the State of Michigan required (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, TLLP).
• Experience working with patients with eating disorders preferred.
