Admissions Therapist (RN/Therapist) Details:

• • Full-Time, Part-time, or PRN availability
    • Schedule can be flexible
  • Clinical Assessment of patients in crisis to determine level of care need such as admission to the hospital or referral to outpatient services
  • Review patient referrals from area hospitals for possible admission to PCBH services
  • Patient Registration and facilitating patients throught the admissions process
  • Insurance Verification/Authorization
  • General Office duties, e.g. copying, scanning, building patient charts

Job Requirements:

• The Intake Therapist MUST have an RN/Therapist Degree or a Master's in Social Work, LMFT, CMHC
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Comfortable using a computer
• Adaptable and willing to jump in and help as needed
• Able to work productively when the pace is fast or when it slows down
• Spanish helpful, but not required
