Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or health management preferred but not required

Experience: At least 3 years' experience in hospital business setting preferred

General Working Environment: Hospital setting. Staff working in this position may be required to intervene and assist with aggressive patients. Works in a well-lighted and ventilated setting, is subject to frequent interruptions, and is involved with the patients and personnel throughout designated unit under varying conditions and circumstances. Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc.

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be able to walk and stand for long periods. Able to participate in crisis prevention intervention.
