Family Therapists at Peachford provide individual, group and family solutions-focused interventions using appropriate therapeutic techniques and models.

What Will You Get To Do?

Family Therapist are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to gain insight on patient history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and his/her family members.
• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans, ensuring that concise, realistic care plans are maintained and carried out.
• Conduct family sessions with patients and identified family/friends/relationships to prepare patient for success after discharge.

What Does Peachford Require for this Role?

Peachford is searching for candidates with at least one year of counseling experience. While a license-eligible master's degree is required, an associate or full license for marriage and family therapy, professional counselor or social worker (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is highly preferred.
