Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Float (Medical Surgical, Step Down)

Location: Pontiac, MI

Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Shift Notes:

• Hour Guarantee: 36 hours per week
• Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr
• Patient-Centered Care: Establish therapeutic relationships and collaboratively devise detailed care plans with patients and families to address their unique needs and preferences.
• Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of interventions and plans to ensure the attainment of predetermined goals.
• Interdisciplinary Communication: Maintain open channels of communication with team members to provide comprehensive and integrated care.
• Communication: Engage with patients, families, staff, and peers to ensure clarity and understanding of care plans and interventions.
• Pre-Assignment Modules: Travelers will be required to complete 10-20 hours of HealthStream and Cerner Modules before starting. Completion prior to the start of the assignment will result in a $300 payment in the first week.
• SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Travel: Required.
• Floating: Must be comfortable with floating.
• CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• BLS (AHA)
• STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
• Michigan
• ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
• EMR: Paragon
• Dress Code: Grey or Bright Blue ScrubsRN to Patient Ratio: 1:4
