Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk activities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading, order entry, and filing
- Coordinate event planning and assist with organizing office events
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Skills:
- Experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and order processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines effectively

- Bilingual
