Job Description:
Community operations, including generating revenue and controlling cost.
Developing support people.
Monitoring vendors.
Customer conflict negotiations.
Critiquing community assets.
Employing marketing strategies.
Responsible for all aspects of leading the apartment community to success and a big part of the job is effective delegation to support team.
Must have the ability to learn things quickly, be outgoing in nature, possess personal self- confidence, salesmanship, have ability to learn the apartment industry, strong organizational skills and enjoy being a team player.
Responsible for selling apartments to new prospects, shopping the competition, directing marketing efforts for maximum occupancy, assist with resident retention events, and processing service requests for current residents. Must give give outstanding customer service to current residents.
Requirements:
Marketing skills a plus.
Good communicator with logical problem-solving ability.
Strong operational skills with proven success.
Previous results in hitting sales targets and expense budgets.
Good motivator, interpersonal skills, customer service savvy.
Must be physically able to walk to inspect the interior and exterior of apartments.
Better than basic computer skills.
Comfortable in a smoke free office environment.
Ability to pass a drug screen & criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
$20 per hour plus potential to earn bonuses
Licensed Realtors must have an expired license or escrow their license to work for us.
No remote work, all work performed at local leasing offices.
We do not offer employee housing.
