As Universal Avionics' Electronic Test Technician 2, you will perform electronic testing on complex products, sub-assemblies, and printed wiring boards to written procedures, as well as troubleshoot/repair products at the sub-assembly level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conduct operations test of electronic assemblies and subassemblies using measurement instruments and automatic test equipment. Use test failure data, determine failed sub-assembly, and replace.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Associates in Electronic Technology or equivalent recommended.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of MS Excel, and working knowledge of MS Word and MS Access.
Certificates and Licenses
May require industry standard certifications
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
