In conjunction with the manager, the supervisor is responsible for assuring the delivery of timely and effective rehabilitation services to all adult and pediatric patients. Responsible in the areas of planning, organizing, budgeting, supervising, evaluating, staffing, scheduling, training and educating therapy staff. Within the scope of the individual's own discipline, the supervisor is responsible for evaluation, interpretation, planning, implementation and documentation of specific treatment programs. The supervisor will have a mix of patient care and management duties as determined by the manager.

Experience: | · Minimum of 3 years clinical experience · Experience in an interdisciplinary rehabilitation model | Previous leadership experience |
License(s)/Certification(s): | Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. | |
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: | · Comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation theory and practice and an expanded knowledge of current clinical and specialized patient care concepts related to own professional clinical service area · Competency in computer word processing, spreadsheet and internet skills · Understands health care reform related to assigned area | |
Other: | Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position. |
