Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Nursing
• 5 years clinical Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• State of WI Nursing License
• National Certification - Obstetrics related or plan to complete within 1-year of hire
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of OB safety bundles/initiatives
• Demonstrated use of TeamSTEPPS® tools

• Maters or DNP degree in Nursing or Education
• Simulation training
• TeamSTEPPS® Certified
• Quality/process improvement training/experience
• Experience in development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs
• Experience in a unit leadership role such as charge nurse, preceptor, unit counsel chair
