- Established full-scope practice with ENT Physician support, serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communities
- Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
- Full-time, benefit eligible position (0.8 FTE), including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
- Provide medical treatment and management of patients with disease and disorders of the ear, nose, and throat
- Diagnose and treat allergies, sinusitis, smell disorders, polyps, and nasal obstruction due to deviated septum
- Average of 20-25 patients per day
- 8 FTE = 29 patient contact hours
- 8-4:30pm Monday – Wednesday
- Off on Thursdays
- 8-12pm Friday
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Outpatient practice caring for a diverse population of all ages
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Board Certified
- Experience preferred
- Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States
