Established full-scope practice with ENT Physician support, serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communities
Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
Full-time, benefit eligible position (0.8 FTE), including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
Responsibilities
Provide medical treatment and management of patients with disease and disorders of the ear, nose, and throat
Diagnose and treat allergies, sinusitis, smell disorders, polyps, and nasal obstruction due to deviated septum
Average of 20-25 patients per day
8 FTE = 29 patient contact hours
8-4:30pm Monday – Wednesday
Off on Thursdays
8-12pm Friday
No nights, weekends, or call
Outpatient practice caring for a diverse population of all ages
Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Board Certified
Experience preferred
Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States
