As a member of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for providing leadership data insights and provide information regarding key clinical, organizational, and financial metrics.
The Data Analyst will utilize knowledge of data acquisition, management, analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insight for the organization. This position will work across departments to collect, manage, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.

ResponsibilitiesData Management:
• Provide data management for departments across the organization.
• Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
• Assist with recognizing and upholding digital security systems to protect delicate information.
• Work with cross organizational teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Gather required project data measures within Eyerly Ball utilizing Epic, CSN, and iCarol, prior to entering into SPSS statistical software.
Data Interpretation and Analysis:
• Analyze the results for cross departmental use and provide insight on required actions.
• Work alongside teams within the business to establish business needs.
• Define new data collection and analysis processes.
• Compile, categorize, and collect data from DCO (Designated Collaborating Organizations) partners to ensure timely compilation of project data from standardized tests, surveys, etc.
• Monitor successful compliance with project goals, objectives, and CCBHC Appendix M criteria with established metrics.
