Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm

- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and medication reconciliation.
- Assist cardiologists during examinations and procedures, such as stress tests, echocardiograms, and electrocardiograms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
- Monitor patients' progress and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Valid RN license, State of Iowa.
- Prior experience in cardiology or related field preferred.
- BLS and Mandatory Reporter.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
