Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all marketing activities of the Bank.

Essential Functions

• Update and maintain website content and approvals within website CMS.
• Update and maintain marketing section of company intranet.
• Documenting processes & cross training department backups on all digital programs and equipment.
• Performs periodic review of digital program processes and equipment procedures; updates documentation as needed.

• Makes appropriate recommendations to improve digital programming.

• Tracking the contract, ROI, and lifecycle of all digital programs.

• Responsible for all digital signage.
• Responsible for presenting quarterly reviews for all digital programs.

• Coordinate and deploy digital signage.
• Maintain documentation of advertising for audit and historical purposes.
• Liaison with graphic designer to ensure marketing requests are ordered, designed/updated, received, and uploaded.
• Review proofs for accuracy and quality.

• Maintain organized electronic files and image library.

• Distribute marketing materials to the field timed with the launch of campaigns & programs.
• Photograph all new hires and maintain employee photo library.
• Prepare presentation materials and samples for meetings.
• Print, cut, and finish retail & internal marketing materials.
• Assist in the coordination of the Annual Report.

• Attend company sponsored events as needed.

• Other duties as needed to support marketing programs of the bank.

In addition to these functions, the Digital Marketing Specialist will:

• Create photographic & video content
• Work closely with all members of the Marketing team; Provide input on marketing collateral content, communicates concepts, and proactively seeks out ways to improve both the work product and work processes.
• Collaborate with people at all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in digital discipline preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required

• Ability to update & operate website CMS (content management system)
• Google Analytics
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently, with little or no supervision.
• Ability to execute multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to contribute creative solutions to new challenges and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create a collaborative work environment
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as computer, telephone, fax, and slide projector.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Kentico knowledge a plus
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
• proficient audio & video skills; ability to produce & edit marketing videos

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods of time up to 75% of work hours.
• Ability to use hands to grasp, handle or feel.
• Ability to talk, listen and see.
• Ability to travel to various events throughout Unity's target markets.
• Ability to lift, organize and move inventory of marketing materials and promotional items (20lbs or more).

Working Conditions

• Moderate sound as in business office with office machines, computers, and people traffic.
• Outdoor events such as carnivals, fairs, picnics, etc. which may include exposure to extreme heat, rain, wind and other elements.
