Job Description:

As a Customer Service Sales Manager at InsuraTec Services Group, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support, manage client relationships, and contribute to client retention. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients with their financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients and provide them with exceptional customer service.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Client Retention: Develop strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Client Support: Assist clients with their inquiries and provide information on insurance coverage options.
• Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Training Provided: We offer comprehensive training to help you obtain a life insurance license and succeed in your role.
• No Cold Calling: We do not engage in cold calling or door-to-door sales.

Qualifications:

• No experience required (entry-level position).
• Must obtain a life insurance license (training provided).
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
