CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Propósito básico del puesto
Brindar atención, asesoría y guía bilingüe a usuarios de servicios digitales, en chat, teléfono y correo. Lo anterior, siguiendo los lineamientos del departamento y UNITELLER, con la finalidad de brindar la mejor experiencia a nuestros clientes, incrementar el negocio y prevenir fraudes
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
- Atender a los clientes de servicios en Línea al teléfono, chat & Email
- Responder a las dudas o cuestionamientos de clientes de Servicio digital
- Representar de manera profesional y ética a todos los Servicios Digitales y a UNITELLER
- Asesorar a los clientes de servicios Digitales al teléfono, chat & Email
- Evaluar riesgo de Fraude en transacciones en base a los procesos establecidos
- Interpretar las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes
- Analizar patrones comportamiento en transacciones
- Autorizar/cancelar/detener Transacciones
- Desarrollar habilidades en base a retroalimentación
- Seguir indicaciones de equipo de liderazgo
REQUISITOS:
- Experiencia en Atención al cliente de 1 año
- Profesionista con carrera universitaria iniciada.
- Bilingüe ( 80% o mas, oral y escrito)
- Flexibilidad de Horario Lunes-Domingo, 7:00 a 23:00 hrs
- Descanso rotativo entre Sábado y Domingo.
- Sueldo $13,000.00 mxn, Nominales
- Vales de Despensa
- Fondo de Ahorro
- 30 Dias de Aguinaldo
- Y todas las prestaciones de ley.
