General Purpose
The Bell Attendant will work closely with the hotel's guest service team to assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage. The Bell Attendant is primarily responsible for welcoming guest to the hotel and obtaining transportation when requested. This role may require communication and coordination between guest services and assistance with guest luggage. Bell Attendants may be asked general information about the hotel and surrounding area. You will also assist with making deliveries to guest rooms and offices.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma. No experience required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisors and fellow employees.

REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to make appropriate judgments relative to the process of supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms/public areas.

Employee must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds. Job frequently requires walking, sitting, kneeling, crouching, and standing. Frequently requires reaching, grabbing, pulling, and grasping. Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist.
HOURS
Due to the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry, and the fact that the hotel provides guest services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, any employee may be required to work rotating shifts, night shifts, and/or overtime. Also, depending on the season, hours may be reduced at any time.
