Position: Full Time Pharmacy Automated Dispensing Administrator

Requirements:

• Familiar with basic technology: Window and touchscreens,
• Education, Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry and medications

Responsibilities:

• Manage project installations of new machines.
• Provide on site and remote training to users in nursing facilities.
• On site installations of machines as needed.
• Maintain automated dispensing databases.
• Troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
• Promptly respond to calls and emails to ensure great customer service.
• Assist as needed filling daily Cubex orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner, under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Run dispensing reports
• Restock medications
• Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day Shift- Must be open to taking calls after hours and willing to travel locally 10% of time working

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hillside, IL 60162: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent

Experience:

• Pharmacy technician experience: 2 years

Shift availability:

• Day Shift- Must be open to taking calls after hours
• Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
