The qualified candidate must have strong customer service and time management skills. In this role, you will assist the Fleet Lease Department Staff and the General Manager in organizing and performing processes that are designed to provide clients with essential information such as vehicle description, status, condition, and values. Attention to detail is key in this role, as  all processes must be completed in a timely and accurate manner, which allows clients and personnel to perform other necessary tasks in preparation for UAX's weekly auction sale. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Above Average computer skills & MS Office
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education/Training/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive industry is a plus, but is not required.
