# What's the role? 

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to own the recruiting process from end to end. You will help find top engineers and technical talent who play a crucial role in building and shaping key features that millions of artists use every day. In partnership with Engineering, Product and Talent Acquisition leadership, you will drive each aspect of the hiring process, ranging from candidate success, market research, reporting, offer negotiation and process improvement. 

# What you’ll do

  • Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier technical talent
  • Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and be a dedicated business partner for hiring managers across the Engineering and Product organization
  • Drive offer process, including negotiating and extending offers, and closing candidates
  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
  • Execute on priorities with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Exemplify specialized industry expertise, staying up-to-date with relevant events and trends, and performing market and company research to discern the current landscape for hiring initiatives
  • Seek to implement process automation to reduce workload and ensure scalability, while simultaneously championing an artisanal approach when best suitable
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion

#Qualifications

  • 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
