In this role, you will be part of a performance driven, fast paced organization that is serving multiple markets. You will have frequent interactions with external physicians and internal departments ad you communicate about ways to evolve ongoing processes and programs. The health system is moving ahead. You can too as you help us build new levels of provider network performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining required legal and/or regulatory filings for renewals for the company as necessary (PECOS, AHCA, CLIA, etc.) 
  • Assist to maintain any required Company logs associated with Company licenses, permits, and submissions to licensure and regulatory oversight bodies, etc.
  • Build trust with market operations partners to create the foundation for information sharing and transparency
  • Provide guidance to License and Regulatory Paralegal on joint job duties, projects, and responsibilities
  • Gather documents and information needed for acquisition clinics as it relates to required license and permitting changes post close
  • Articulate and document progress of work toward required submissions to regulatory agencies, and ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines while paying close attention to the details of all the deliverables
  • Partner with Corporate Development License and Regulatory Paralegal in identifying and solving issues presented from internal partners, with origins tied to entity filings
  • Contribute to design and implementation of tracking and communication mechanisms which aide the overall adherence to company’s regulatory adherence
  • Identify gaps in processes and assist Corporate Development team in process improvement and cross communication
  • Presentation preparation, report production, and/or database management. Utilizes Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Visio
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary partners in both enterprise ops and legal support areas to obtain information required for department functions
  • Accountable for all work with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years in healthcare experience, with 2 years of experience overseeing legal or operational compliance adherence
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Excel
