Location: 2065 NE Williamson Court, Bend, OR
Schedule: PART-TIME - at least 24 HOURS per week, 3 days per week
Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PST w/60 min lunch & rotational on call responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Duties related to fulfillment of prescription orders
- Dispense any or all of the following, unit dose, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, enteral, and related supplies following state and federal regulations and company policy and procedures
- May compound medications using appropriate components, supplies, and sterile ventilated environment
- Process pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies, and patient collateral materials are included
- May also perform drug/supply ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs/supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Current & active state of Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
- Current & active PTCB National Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of former infusion pharmacy experience
- 1 years of previous pharmacy-related experience (hospital, infusion, or retail)
