Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, maintain, and produce content for knowledge bases, FAQs, and web tools

• Knowledge creation and construction, knowledge articulation, knowledge repository updating, knowledge access, knowledge use and knowledge revision

• Identify and curate both tacit and explicit knowledge in collaboration with technical SMEs

• Utilize content strategy techniques to guide the creation, delivery, and governance of useful, useable content

• Author knowledge at all levels; self-service, support desk and specialty

• Assist in establishing and improving knowledge management processes

• Advocate knowledge management use and contributions within the org

• Respond to knowledge feedback

• Facilitate feedback sessions with end users to ensure content effectiveness

• Prepare documentation for new or existing knowledge

• Collaboratively work to create knowledge content for high visibility, large project initiatives

• This role is Remote Nationwide

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree OR 2 years of experience in a high volume, fast paced environment for problem-solving capacity and/or as a content designer, creating new content and maintaining existing content

• 5 years customer service experience

• 2 years experience with problem-solving as well as understanding and documenting technical information

• 2 years of experience working towards individual and team targets

• 2 years of experience with successful time management and organizational skills

• 2 years of experience working in a diverse team setting with a track record for success

• 2 years of experience demonstrating written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in knowledge management as a full-time dedicated knowledge author

• Prior work experience in a contact center environment

• Previous IT Service Desk experience

• Previous experience in content design, including digital content creation, such as videos

• ITIL, KCS or equivalent KM certification

• HTML code writing experience

• ServiceNow experience

• Content strategy knowledge

• Internal communications experience

• Ability to create and promote self-service content

• AP writing style knowledge

• Experience collaboratively working to create knowledge content for high visibility, large project initiatives

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
