Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care to residents.
- Participate in the development of resident care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in PA, in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
