The Operations Instructional Designer I is responsible for designing and developing effective learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This role requires strong collaboration skills, project management skills, and a great attention to detail.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Develop instructional materials such as online courses, e-learning modules, videos, and other training content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and design effective learning solutions
• Use instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all learning materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Meet monthly production requirements.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or other training development software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
• On site attendance.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and design methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
