United Way of Story County (UWSC) is seeking a community-oriented leader who is passionate about driving positive changes in the lives of individuals and families. As the Associate Director of Engagement, you will be a connector, building relationships with a diverse group of donors and volunteers to improve the quality of life in our community. More than just a job, it is a chance to educate community members about local needs and solutions, rally resources, inspire action, and transform lives across Story County. Your work will bring together donors and volunteers to invest in United Way of Story County’s mission, including young philanthropists through engagement with the Young Leaders Society affinity group.

UWSC is seeking an individual with a passion for building relationships and a bachelor’s degree with two years of nonprofit or related work experience, or a combination of education background and extensive work experience. Individuals with experience in resource development, project management, and volunteer coordination/engagement are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time professional salaried position with a starting annual salary range of $50,000 – 56,000.
