Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, customer service, and warehouse operations. If you have a background in delivery services and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers and warehouse staff
- Coordinate daily routes and schedules for efficient deliveries
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Operate refrigerated trailers, vans, and manual transmission vehicles
- Utilize pallet jacks for moving heavy loads
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse organization

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience as a delivery driver or courier
- Proficiency in operating commercial vehicles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of refrigerated trailers is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
