Summary of Duties:

• Perform the preparation of food and drink orders

• Taking orders utilizing and maintaining POS system

• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)

• Monitor and maintain store inventory

• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs

• Handle complaints from customers

• Maintain store presentation standards

• Adhere to company's policies and guidelines

• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation to health department specifications

• Assist is the daily preparation of food items and cooking orders

Working conditions:

• Various shifts Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9.p.m and weekends as designated.

• Shift work is work that takes place on a schedule outside the normal working hours of Monday to Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with a one hour unpaid lunch. Shifts may include early morning, late morning, evening, night shifts, and rotating shifts. Additional hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Cooking Experience a plus but not required

• Other certification (e.g. Hospitality management or Business Admin.) a plus but not required

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic short order cooking skills.

• High level of multitasking

• Interpersonal and communication skills

• Problem-solving attitude

• Flexibility to work in shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
