United TranzActions, a leader in the financial service industry since 1991 offering payment processing and credit card services to businesses nationwide is looking for a dynamic individual to help in our continued growth. UTA offers services to automotive dealerships, building material, furniture, and auto aftermarket industries. This is an in-office position located in Miramar, FL. Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Compensation / Benefits include:

Base Salary: $41,000 - $50,000 based on experience

Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability

Bonus/Commission: Monthly bonuses and commission

Realistic 1st year income: $65,000 - $80,000

Training: complete product and industry training

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and follow up to webinar attendees
• Qualify prospects and have ability to assess and understand customer needs
• Contact business decision makers by telephone to promote products and services
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects and manage prospect pipeline
• Schedule appointments for the outside sales team with prospective customers
• Accurately document details of identified opportunities for timely follow up

Qualifications:

· Proven 3-5 years of telephone sales and marketing experience

· Strong phone presence and experience with outbound cold calling (Business to Business)

· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

· Excellent and professional verbal and written communications skills

· Strong listening and presentation skills

· Knowledge of business, finance, payment processing helpful

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Serious sales minded individual with desire to grow with a winning team
