UNITED TACTICAL SYSTEMS LLC is Hiring a Test Technician Near Fort Wayne, IN
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Test Technician. This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for performing extensive tests on all final products once they are through the production line. This process is to ensure our products meet quality assurance standards and are ready for delivery to customers. When you discover problems or inaccuracies, you will send them back to the manufacturing line for adjustments or repair. All testing must be documented properly, and significant issues need to be reported to senior management.
Test Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a series of tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Send back products that do not meet standards.
- Document all tests performed.
- Create reports of your findings for management
- Identify testing processes that need improvement and recommend changes
Test Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Ability to read, understand and complete a variety of testing instructions/requirements.
- Experience in product verification and test automation a plus
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
