USPI Spicewood Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to join our team. We have 2 OR rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Pain Management. We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to changed based on surgical schedule and flow of day. Candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
BSN or higher
Current license as a TX Registered Nurse
Current certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Minimal 5 years’ operating room experience required- must have circulating experience
Minimal 2 years’ professional experience with management and staff supervision in the outpatient surgery area
Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others
The knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position.
