Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team. As the Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Pipe and Steel shop. Your role will involve managing projects, supervising staff, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise shop operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation

- Oversee taking care of customers, ensuring that they are getting the proper materials.

- Collaborate with managers to develop schedules and ensure the shop is running efficiently.

- Manage Inventory Control Accurately.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team effectively

- Solid understanding of pipe and steel shop processes and techniques

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
