About the position: This position will be assigned to the Moose Run Golf Course on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.

This is a Seasonal position Not-To-Exceed 31-OCT-2024.

This position is Flexible, meaning you are guaranteed a minimum of 0 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will depend on needs of the facility.

Works in the "Snack Shack" or Snack Bar to serve the patrons on the Golf Course. Serves a variety of snacks and food items which include, but are not limited to, hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, lemonade drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the Golf Course. May operate a gas beverage cart on the golf course, working independently, to include loading and unloading the beverage cart in accordance with set standards. Maintains a change fund, records sale, receives money, makes change and dispenses snacks and beverage items to patrons. May be required to mix simple alcoholic drinks. Responsible for stocking, direct selling and restocking of the snack and beverage cart, snack shack or snack bar coolers. Maintains sales records and consumption reports as required. Turns over cash and supporting documentation to supervisor at end of shift. Keeps work area clean and orderly.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• This position requires the incumbent to be 21 years or older.
• This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
• This position is subject to a pre-employment drug test. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
• The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
• Must successfully complete Technique of Alcohol Management (TAM) Training.
