As a Retail Technician, You Will:

• Elevate the customer experience through the 'serve, solve, and sell' approach.
• Achieve sales objectives and manage inventory efficiently.
• Effectively repair different electronic devices.
• Ability to frequently lift items weighing more than 50 pounds.

Basic Qualifications:

• One year or more experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Six months or more experience in product support services or troubleshooting electronics. And Hands-on repair experience with hardware devices, including soldering (preferred).
• Flexibility for variable retail schedules.
• Pass background checks: criminal record, driving record and drug test screening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
