Primary Purpose

The VP Product-Movies position is responsible for developing strategies related to expanding the footprint of Trailer, Fence, and other non-route-based products to achieve set sales goals, targets, and revenue.

Essential Functions

• Hire & develop staff that can successfully lead non-route-based products lines
• Assist with new location set-up for these products
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Regular meet with, and train, nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel at targeted customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the national sales department in relation to fence
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency
• Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in Windows Based Systems.
• In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
• Hands on experience with CRM software.
• Applicable experience of sales performance metrics.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Analytical and data driven problem solver.

Salary Range

$190,000.00 $360,000.00 / year

Pay Transparency Statement

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US.

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.

Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
