Overview:
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining custom enterprise applications, including Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, and CLM functionalities. This role will collaborate closely with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to prioritize development efforts, ensuring detailed business requirements are met and scalable solutions are designed for bug fixes, enhancements, and integrations. This role will also provide technical leadership, oversee custom object creation, flow development, Apex triggers, and Lightning components, while also supporting end-users, managing Salesforce releases, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and configure custom enterprise applications on Salesforce Platform (Sales/Service Cloud, Configure Price and Quote (CPQ) and Contract, Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders and technical team members to prioritize development efforts, including detailed business requirements, design of scalable solutions for all bug fixes/enhancements throughout our Salesforce and integration with our back-office systems.
  • Define the system landscape to identify gaps between current and desired end-states features and functionality by providing Proof of Concept (PoC) as needed.
  • Create and manage custom Objects, Flows, Lightning components, Apex triggers and Approval Processes.
  • Provide Salesforce technical leadership for team of developers, admins, and analysts, including best practices and code quality standards/practices, solutioning for large data volumes, data integration and Security.
  • Aid end-user application support (troubleshooting errors, managing support tickets, and testing solutions.
  • Monitor Salesforce releases (migration refreshes, version control and deployment) and work with Salesforce success managers to ensure our enterprise Salesforce org is taking advantage of the latest enhancements and standards.
  • Position allows significant opportunity for the employee to telecommute from home, though infrequent presence at headquarters may be required. Multiple positions available.

5 years progressive post baccalaureate IT development experience within occupation of engineer/developer or architect including 3 years developing, integrating and configuring enterprise application solutions on Salesforce Platform with Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM including one year leading design and architectural sessions with business stakeholders or in an occupation in which such experience might typically be gained

  • Alternate acceptable qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field plus 3 years’ IT development experience within the occupation of Engineer/Developer or Architect developing, integrating, and configuring enterprise application solutions on Salesforce Platform with Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM including at least one-year leading design and architectural sessions with business stakeholders or in an occupation in which such experience might typically be gained.

Salary Range: $148,782.00 – $160,000.00 / year Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
