PRODUCTION OPERATORS – Day Weekend Shift

United Rotary Brush is an Olathe, Kansas based manufacturer of specialty industrial brushes for the airport, road construction, street sweeping and plow industries. Our Olathe, KS, manufacturing facility (I-35 & Old 56 Hwy) is looking for Production Operators for our day weekend shift. Our positions are a great fit for those individuals that take pride in their work to produce a quality product for our customers. $1000 available in Bonuses*

work 36 hours/$3.00 shift premium

PRODUCTION OPERATOR - Open Shift

Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company polices at all times, in all actions.
• Produce, package, and label all products to quality and manufacturing specifications at required production rates.
• Clean and maintain equipment in work area during and at the end of each shift.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent work experience.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production procedures with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Problem identification and solving skills.
• Ability and judgement to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees.
• Regular attendance and the ability to be at work regularly and on time is essential.

• Note: A $500.00 retention bonus will be paid to those eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect and attain 3 months of continuous employment with United Rotary Brush in their current qualified position. Eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect and attain 6 months of continuous employment in their current qualified position will receive another $500.00 bonus. The bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes. Details of this program will be discussed at time of hire.
