United Roofing & General Contractors is a fast-growing roofing and general contracting company that is looking to bring on new estimators/project managers to our location in Southwest Michigan. We also have offices in Texas and Indiana. We are looking to bring on individuals who are self-motivated/disciplined, sales minded, and organized. This is a commission only paid, 1099 role. Successful estimators/project managers can expect make a yearly income of 75-100k their first year and increasing substantially every year after.

Title:

• Project Manager

Job Duties:

• Writing construction estimates
• Writing Supplements for insurance carriers.
• Managing communication with insurance claims department.
• Send in closing documents for insurance claims.
• Managing and overseeing the different stages in the project.

Income:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 5% of all supplemented money added to the claim.
• Uncapped Commissions
• Estimated income $75,000 - $100,000

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, some weekend work
• Schedule is flexible and changes based on projects.
