CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional appearance and demeanor 
• 1 year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Vehicle/ Valid DL/ Insurance
• Self-Motivated
• Positive Attitude and Trainable
• Driven
• Can carry & climb a ladder and not afraid of heights

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Running provided lead appointments.
• Cold calling prospective customers.
• Run leads, canvass, conduct inspections of roofs and exteriors documenting any damage via pictures, measurements and notes.
• Provide prospects with professional roofing, and construction estimates.
• Acting as insurance claim consultants for homeowners in storm damaged areas
• Generate business through door knocking, running leads, and generating referrals.
• Collect signed agreements with payment to start the project.
• Provide proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing projects.
• Being present at roofing projects to answer customer questions and attempt to offer services to neighbors.
• Attend sales meetings and training.
