• Perform account analysis schedules, journal entry distributions, and all other work performed by Retail Accounting Analysis Clerks.
• Prepare a schedule of all credit card transactions that are processed at a location other than the location where the sale occurred to ensure credit to proper location.
• Schedule daily American Express activity, receive checks for reimbursement, code checks for miscellaneous cash receipts journal, distribute fees charged for station P & L’s, and reconcile schedule to general ledger receivable balance.
• Reconcile Schedules of instant lottery ticket activity reported on DSRs with data on reports received from New York and Pennsylvania lottery with commissions.
• Advise appropriate personnel of errors in recording lottery ticket activity on DSRs and follow up to ensure corrections.
• Borrowing Base Reports (Voyager, Wright Express, Enhanced Fleet card Information).
• Ascertain a breakdown by station of all pertinent journal entries affecting station profit or loss.
• Reconcile station P&L reports to general ledger.
• Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst of Retail Accounting and/or Director of Retail Accounting.
