Experience:
• Must be able to type at 40-60 WPM.
• Must be comfortable with multitasking - multiple chats at once, answering questions/ asking questions.
• Experience preferred, not required. We can train you!
• Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery process preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Sales tactics preferred.
Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator:
• Receives incoming Chats from those seeking treatment or their loved ones.
• Gathers demographics and information needed for opportunity.
• Identifies customer problems and creates solutions.
• Builds rapport with customers and family.
• Performs basic data entry and computer work.
• Enters all necessary client information into Salesforce.
• Makes outbound calls to old reports in downtime.
• Utilizes sales skills/tactics.
