Due to an expanding business, we are now seeking a Billing Specialist. In this role, you will efficiently and accurately create and/or submit invoices to our clients for payment of any fees related to the repossession process based on individual client billing guidelines and requirements while maintaining productivity goals.

Required Experience/Skills:

Your background should include a H.S. diploma/the equivalent, or, preferably a degree, and at least one year of successful AP, billing and/or audit experience along with the following skills:

  • Excellent Deductive Reasoning and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Effective Time Management Skills
  • Results driven
  • 50 Accurate WPM
  • Intermediate 10-key
  • Proficient PC Skills
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating work flow
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
