Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Non-Profit Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales in the non-profit sector.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with non-profit organizations
- Conduct outside sales visits to promote products and services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track interactions and sales progress
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Communicate effectively in English and to engage with a diverse client base

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or outside sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other sales technology platforms
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue and meet targets
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
