Experienced Apartment Maintenance Helper needed for an apartment community in Suffolk. UPA is a seeking candidate who is:
- self motivated, detail oriented and reliable
- persuasive, goal oriented and results focused
- enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals
- completes site paperwork with attention to detail and according to policy
- provides exceptional customer service by appropriately responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
- fixes the problem the first time, identifies additional maintenance issues not yet reported, and follows up accordingly
- manages supply requests by ordering through approved supply vendors on a regular basis
- communicates effectively
