Our firm is dedicated to finding the perfect loan solutions for our clients, whether they need a refinance, equity loan, or home purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial information to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Evaluate loan applications and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide guidance to customers on loan products and services.
• Conduct credit checks and verify income sources.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers.

Skills Required:

• The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quotas.
• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• Must possess strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer service orientation.
• Adaptability to interact with diverse personalities, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions.
• A high school diploma is required.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly pay of $5,000.00 - $30,000.00 .
