Location: Columbus, OhioReports to: Quality Control Manager

Position Summary:

The Document Administrator's primary responsibility is to assist with the post-closing document receipt and review process. Providing a documentation service as required for associated personnel. Ensures loan file integrity by guaranteeing the accuracy of the tickler system used for tracking of loan file exceptions, missing trailing documents and flood insurance coverage.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and one-year of banking or insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with bank personnel of all levels, and bank clients
  • Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in the use of basic computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Basic office machine operation skills; printers, scanners, copiers, postage machine, etc.
