Maintenance Associate III

Full Time Monday-Friday 9am-5 : 30pm

United Methodist Communities in Camden County, a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Associate III.

The Maintenance Associate III is responsible for performing repairs to the site, maintaining the community (both internally and externally), equipment and ensuring a well-maintained building and grounds.

Requirements for a Maintenance Associate III :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years' experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Documented apprenticeship or vocational schooling in lieu of two years' experience.

Responsibilities for a Maintenance Associate III :

  • Responsible for general maintenance of building. Install, maintain and repair equipment such as heat pumps, motors, compressors, hot water circulating pumps, fans, unit heaters, condensing coils, motor starts, circuit breakers, and control valves, boilers, cooling towers, thermostats and close-loop controllers.
  • Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Maintaining of Logs for Preventative Maintenance and Boilers.
  • Complete work orders as assigned in a timely manner.
  • May purchase tools, supplies and materials.
  • Responsible for checking WorxHub for Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance assigned, closing out when completed and includes any parts used.
