Our Customer Service Department is looking for motivated, friendly people to work directly with our customers and Sales Partners to answer account related inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Successful candidates will have a willingness to learn, an eagerness to exceed goals, and want to bring fun and enthusiasm to our company. We offer full training. Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced and high call volume office setting
• Resolve customer inquiries: billing issues, product, and service contract concern
• Update and maintain customer records
• TIN (Tax ID Number) match research and follow up with customers and sales partners.
• Monthly statement sample data review and oversee statement printings

Qualification:

• Basic computer knowledge and skills required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong dedication to customer service
• Exceptional follow through and attention to detail
• Korean/English Bilingual is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
