What You'll Do:

Supervise and coordinate field technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Collaborate with departmental managers to optimize staffing and support operations.

Provide technical guidance and training to maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Manage schedules and equipment maintenance to maximize productivity.

Foster environmentally friendly practices and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Need:

Leadership skills: Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Technical expertise: Experience with drag hose and cake sludge application preferred.

Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with DNR regulations and environmental best practices.

CDL required: Possession of a Commercial Driver's License is essential.

Strong communication: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
