LPN - Long Term Care

Shift: Rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, OT rotation may be required. - Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hrs. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Job Summary:

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.

Required Qualifications:

Must have LPN active license for Hawaii or willing to get on acceptance of an offer Must have 2 years of LPN experience. Active BLS from AHA. Traveler must arrive the Friday prior to Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments. ***Must be on island by Thursday night for Friday morning appointments.

Duties: Include medication administration, skin treatments, assessments, ADL assistance, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, and gastrostomy tube care.
